Fighting a bully will take enormous energy on a daily basis. You can't go into work drained each day and expect to be effective at your job and make any progress in battling a bully.

You can increase your energy level by changing your daily habits. If you don't think it's worth it, then maybe you should start looking for a new job.

How to reorganize your daily
routine for maximum energy
- Limit sedentary activities outside of work, such as TV

- Get up early each morning and exercise vigorously

- Eat a light dinner and take a walk or bike ride every evening

- Go to bed early each night

- Spend more time on weekends in the outdoors
