Is there inconsistency between the publicized values of your company and the reality of day-to-day events?

When employees see the framed motivational posters on the walls of the break room, do they roll their eyes and make jokes?

Is there a lack of integrity in the speeches of company executives?

Is a bully preaching company values, even as he violates them?
