A Bully is Pompous
A bully pretends to be a strong leader, when in fact
he is a self-satisfied, self-indulgent braggart.

- He tries to demonstrate his superior intellect - He claims full credit for successes in his department - He highlights the failures of others - He tries to demolish the opposition in every discussion - He holds side conversations with the person next to him - He answers his cell phone - He is frequently late and leaves early - He has his assistant interrupt to give him messages - He reviews important-looking documents not related to the meeting - He makes notes about something not connected to the meeting |
