A bully lacks integrity. Instead, he expresses a soulless hypocrisy as he uses words to charm and motivate, while he intentionally exploits and manipulates.

- His spoken philosophy and behavior don't match - His words create a positive image that doesn't match his actions - His describes his mistakes as minor, but your mistakes as serious - He ignores his mistakes, but highlights your mistakes - He forgets his mistakes, but remembers all of your mistakes - He falsely accuses you, while hiding his own bad behavior - He frequently attacks you, but becomes furious when you attack him - He preaches teamwork at the same time he undermines you - He calmly demeans you, but is angry because you don't respect him - He preaches mutual trust, then betrays your trust in him - He conceals his projects, but attacks you for not publicizing yours - He is a loose cannon, but attacks your independence and initiative
