A Bully is Two-Faced

Once you see both a bully's outward charm and hidden rumor-mongering, his two-faced personality will be revealed in all its ugliness.

But don't be surprised if you are the only one who isn't taken in by outward appearances. A bully is expert at concealing his true nature.

A bully's two-faced behaviors
- He quietly undermines you without your knowledge

- He stabs you in the back when you least expect it

- When you challenge him, he transforms from supportive to bullying

- He pretends to support you while planning to destroy you

- His soft-spoken manner hides his destructive intentions

- His flattering words hide his desire to control you

- His warm personality hides his take-no-prisoners attitude
A bully's public vs. private words
- He says one thing to your face, another behind your back

- He is friendly to you in public, but hostile in private

- He is positive in public, but negative in private

- He is supportive in public, but critical in private

- He is charming in public, but attacks you in private
A bully uses your mistakes to hurt you
- He won't confront you directly with your mistake

- He doesn't give you chance to explain or resolve your mistake

- He mentions your mistake for the first time when others are present

- By the time you fix your mistake, he has damaged your reputation

- If you show it wasn't your fault, he won't correct his misstatements
