- His tone of voice is sarcastic
A bully uses presuppositions,
which carry implied criticisms
- Examples of a bully's presuppositions:
    "If you really cared about the company, ___."
    "If you were really interested in working with me, ___."
    "If you really wanted to succeed here, ___."
    "I know you're afraid of what might happen."
    "Even YOU can handle this."
