A Bully Tests You

When you first meet a bully, he wants to find out whether he can control you. He begins with tests to discover your weaknesses, and later, his tests show him the best ways to intimidate and manipulate you.

If his bullying goes unchecked, he begins to escalate. As he builds the relationship, he is subtle and manipulative. As he begins to bring you under his domination, his bullying becomes strong and frequent.

If you don't cooperate, he begins all-out aggressive bullying that is intended to pound you into submission, undermine your power to fight him, or even destroy your reputation and career.
