A Bully's Visible Behavior Traits
Most people are blind to the various behavior traits of a workplace bully. Not surprising, since a bully is an expert at disguising his bullying behaviors with more socially acceptable, and even admired, qualities.
But with a trained eye, you can identify behavior traits that will reveal a bully. Often it will be a pattern of behavior that tips you off rather than an isolated action.
If you recognize a bully early, you will be better prepared to fight back before he inflicts too much damage on you and others.
