May 29th - May 31st:
| May 29th: This rope-like funnel cloud is the beginning of an interesting day of funnel clouds and tornadoes in a long-lived supercell west of Concordia, Kansas. |
| An incredible sight just south of Scottsville. |
| A minute later, looking north-northeast. |
| This wall cloud rotates rapidly as it moves over Scottsville. |
| Just east of Scottsville, dust whirl appears underneath funnel about a quarter mile away. |
| A minute or two later. |
| Just before dissipating. |
| Another funnel snakes its way to the ground. |
| A pretty rope tornado. However, I am out of position to see a large tornado further to my northwest (another day, another lesson in storm chasing!). |
| May 31st: Beautiful sky behind a cold front. |
